By accessing and using the Anaghsys Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Anaghsys Technologies provides web development, mobile app development, and related technology services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Project Requirements

When you submit project requirements, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will review your requirements and provide a quote based on the information provided.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require:

• An initial deposit before project commencement
• Milestone payments as specified in the project agreement
• Final payment upon project completion and delivery

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work will be transferred to the client. Pre-existing code, frameworks, and third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as required.

7. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, client feedback, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.

8. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions are included in the project scope. Significant changes or additional features may incur additional charges and extend the project timeline.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period for bug fixes and technical issues related to our development work. Support and maintenance beyond the warranty period may be available under separate agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total project value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Payment for completed work is due upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of India.
