Anaghsys Technologies provides web development, mobile app development, and related technology services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Project Requirements

When you submit project requirements, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will review your requirements and provide a quote based on the information provided.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an initial deposit, milestone payments, and final payment upon project completion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work will be transferred to the client. Pre-existing code and third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as required.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total project value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of India.
